Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Director who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing, promotion, and advertising activities to grow business relationships with current clients and connect with new potential clients for the overall growth of the company and clients, as well as ensuring that the various activities aimed at creating awareness of the services are profitable for the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Core content development and management: develops and maintains key messages and supporting visual elements to communicate and elevate the story of Avanto's services.
  • Website content development and management: maintains active content across the website and updates it as audiences, services, and other information change and evolve.WordPress, Elementor, and HubSpot experience are required.
  • Social Media ContentDevelopment and Management: Develop content and maintain a minimum of three social media posts per week to maintain brand awareness, communicate new services and platforms, and increase Avanto brand recognition.
  • Campaign Development and Management: Develop targeted campaigns that communicate key services and platform benefits to contract furniture audiences, including dealers, manufacturers, and rep groups.
  • Customer Presentation Support: able to assist the sales team in crafting customized presentations that showcase the unique solution Avanto can bring to their business.
  • Competitive analysis and response: responsible for identifying key competitors, understanding and communicating key campaigns, products, and services to senior management, and developing content that shows how to position Avanto against them.
  • Event/experience/sponsorship management: recommends key trade shows, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities to management and manages all supporting elements to ensure the success of Avanto's presentation.
Requirements:
  • B2B and B2C platform experience: It is essential to understand how the Avanto OrderBahn platform works with various B2B and B2C inputs; for this, you will have training from the Avanto team.
  • The ideal candidate should have high-level knowledge of the various platforms and software active in the industry and how OrderBahn connects seamlessly.
  • Copywriting experience:this position will be primarily responsible for developing the Avanto and OrderBahn stories and should be able to show examples of relevant copywriting.
  • Graphic design experience: the candidate should have basic graphic design experience, with knowledge of Canva, Adobe, and other basic graphic design platforms.
  • Social media content development experience: candidates should be confident in creating and distributing consistent content, primarily through LinkedIn.
  • Technology experience. Microsoft Office; WordPress + Elementor; HubSpot; Canva
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English C1
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Education and Experience:
  • A professional inmarketing and advertising, graphic design, marketing, or related areas isrequired.
  • At least three years of experience as a marketing leader.
  • English level B2-C1 (is a must).
  • You will work on a home office salary to be agreed upon
